Remote Support

We currently support many of our business clients remotely. The software gives us the ability to remotely support clients, regardless of computer operating system, static IP addresses, firewall issues or anything else which may cause problems with remote access to computers for support purposes. It works for laptops, even when you're not in the office. The software is hosted at the data centre, so is available to myself and my son regardless of where we are. It makes our support job a lot easier, and a lot more flexible, which reduces the need for callouts and potentially, therefore, reduces your costs.

The service costs £5 plus VAT per computer per year.
