This option means that you can send an automatic response when mail is received in a particular mailbox. If you are out of the office, or otherwise not handling your mail, you may like to send an automatic response to any mail received, advising the sender of the date that their enquiry will be dealt with.

You can update the message at any time, by simply uploading the new text to a URL.
